I like the dancing that Melissa is talking about especially around kids, but i do like step aerobics as well. I took it my freshman year at ACU and once I got the steps down it was really a great workout. That was probably the most physically fit that I have ever been!
I took the step aerobics my freshman year too...loved it! I remember when we had to do our own little routine and lead the class...did not love that. =)
Anything outdoorsy (pick-up soccer, swimming, horseback riding, running through the sprinklers...) and non-structured. It is so much more fun if getting exercise is the side-product of just having plain fun outside!
I'm right there with you, Andrea! For me I do much better if I'm having fun, like with rollerblading or throwing the frisbee (remember those days, Shell?). =)
Shellie, you're so lucky that you never had to lead a class -- I was so nervous! And yes, throwing the frisbee in the semi-darkness and doing handstands (or was that just me?). =)
Oh Sarah, you are one of those people who like running? Just kidding...sort of. I can jog when I need to, and I ran several days a week one month back in the mid-90's, but I'd just rather have in-line wheels attached to my feet. =)
And that's supposed to be one of the best exercises, isn't it? I wish I had easy access to a pool to get in some swimming time. Not that I'm a great swimmer, but I could frog-kick my way to better health! =)

Thankfully we never had to lead the class in a routine! Yes.. there was nothing like throwing a frisbee in the semi-darkness.
I like running, and bodyweight exercises. :)
Not that that necessarily means I'm any good at either.

Oops, I missed this Friday, but -- swimming. It's about the ONLY exercise I can stand.

It is one of the best exercises, and is muscle-and-joint-friendly because of the cushioning effect of the water. I wish I swam more often too!
