I'm 29 today, but don't have much to say. Ha...you thought I was starting a poem there, didn't you? Okay, so did I, but then I couldn't think of anything else (as mentioned in that first sentence there).
I don't feel 29. I feel as though when I hit 21, life started moving faster and faster, and so I can understand when people in their 50's, 60's, 70's, etc. talk about time flying. It really does.
If you'll notice, my previous post was a 'happy birthday' to my husband Casey. I have come more and more to enjoy the fact that our birthdays are right next to each other. I fear, however, that I will be less and less enamored with the cute little fact that he is two years younger than me (especially next year!). But at least one day each year I can say that I am just one year older than he is! And yes, our names rhyme...and yes, we've heard all the cutesy things that go with that, but it's not something we get tired of. 'Case & Trace' is us, and always will be, so bring on the cuteness!
So what will come of this, my 29th year of life? No, wait, I guess I am beginning my 30th year of life, aren't I? Whoa. Okay, so what will come of this, my 30th year of life? Not sure. Nothing is guaranteed us except God's unfailing love, and that is a great thing.
Thanks to all my birthday well-wishers!
